Hazardous Materials (ADR) Policy

1. Hazardous Materials Classification:
Due to the hazardous nature of some of our products and ensure public safety and full legal compliance with the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) of Ireland, all orders are packed and dispatched in strict accordance with European Agreements concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR).

2. Delivery Network & Restricted Couriers
Ground Transport Only: Flammable liquids cannot legally be sent via airmail or standard postal networks. Therefore, we do not use An Post for chemical shipments.
Specialised Couriers: All orders are shipped via specialized, ADR-compliant road freight couriers licensed to transport hazardous materials safely within the Republic of Ireland.
Geographical Restrictions: We strictly deliver to addresses within Ireland. We cannot ship to offshore islands or international destinations due to transit regulations on flammable liquids.

3. Packaging & Limited Quantity (LQ) Compliance:
To guarantee zero leaks during transit and protect courier personnel, we utilize the ADR Limited Quantity (LQ) framework:
All liquids are sealed in high-density, chemical-resistant inner packaging.
Shipments are packed in heavy-duty outer fiberboard boxes lined with industrial absorbent material capable of containing the entire liquid volume in the event of a breach.
Outer packaging will display the mandatory Limited Quantity diamond transport mark and the appropriate hazard symbology to notify transit hubs of the contents.

4. Delivery Terms & Customer Responsibility
Authorized Signatory: An adult (18+) must be present at the delivery address to sign for the hazardous material consignment. Packages cannot be left unattended in porches, safe places, or with minors.
Commercial/Industrial Use: By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you understand the safety profile of industrial-grade chemical solvents and possess the appropriate facilities to store them safely.
